Still in shock by the worst customer service experience ever received!!!

I received the worst customer service experience ever in my entire life. Imagine being made to feel small by a delivery boy. I ordered some items at clicks online, so this ram company delivered. The guy threw my stuff over the gate, as I was trying to reach for it, my box hit the ground. Nothing was broken inside, but something broke in me, I even thought of throwing it back at him, I was so nervous, I was shaking. I have never received such service in my life . Now I'm even scared to buy online, as I don't wish to see this guy ever again. He didn't even apologized, he just went in their car and drove off after that, while I was standing there still in shock.
