Still didn’t get order

I’m very disappointed, I ordered very important and urgent items and the order has been in transit since Friday, how possible is that. I can’t reach anyone to assist me and right now I’m losing my patience. I wish I opted to collect the items. Please work on your service, it’s really disappointing!!!!!
