Steve Madded delivery not being done

The courier is just unbelievable, I ordered from Steve Madden South Africa online and they used RAM to deliver the package. It has been 3 days with RAM stating failed attempt and I do not believe they even attempted to deliver. My address is literally the same business complex as the RAM Pretoria branch and yet they can't seem to manage to get my parcel delivered and won't allow me to pick it up? Tracking number OPT-***. Steve Madded should try using a more reliable courier as if this is the service than I would rather avoid ordering from them as dealing with RAM is just AWFUL
