Stay away from Ram hand to hand couriers.

PATHETIC SERVICE. I have been waiting for a phone from Vodacom via RAM since 1/7/2023. The first time they refused to give me the parcel because my surname changed after i produced the original marriage certificate and a certified copy of my old ID. since then the phone is very well travelled and I am the one wasting time and energy to try and find my phone. it has been in quite a few provinces as well. now I cannot be found on the system. who is going to compensate me for money lost without the phone and for all my time. I suppose I cannot expect better is this country and we must just be happy with the worst service from everybody. I am in the service industry as well and cannot see that nobody cares about serivce.......
