STAY AWAY!
Absolutely horrible service, lies and confusion at the order of the day! No escalation process in place... Rain is shooting themselves in the foot for working with this *********** bunch! Worst of all, looking at the ratings and amount of complaints, doesn't concern RAM in the slightest! It's companies and cultures like yours that contribute to state our country is in! Hope to never have to deal with you again!
