States delivered but wasn't delivered
It seems I'm one of many who has received a 'your parcel has been delivered and it wasn't actually delivered. 3 people were home yesterday and I didn't receive a phone call if they were actually here. I asked for a copy for whoever signed for it or a picture of them and they said I have to contact the sender. I did contact Clicks. They said I'm the second person that said this, today. Why lie?

I've asked for proof of a signature/ electronic signature/ photo of whoever ''signed'' for it and was told that they can't give that info. Isn't that exactly what that info is for? Situations like this. Then I was told to ask Clicks for that information. Clicks has tried to address this matter with them and they're ghosting Clicks. What does that tell you?
