Standard excuses - No improvement
Unable to meet commitments! 3rd Time…”driver was delayed” - standard excuse!! It’s time someone rethinks the scheduling of parcels and stop making excuses and saying sorry…if I look at the reviews here…a change is long overdue! Am going to inform suppliers to make use of alternative couriers! Or not order from them if they use RAM!

Thanks for replying. I did receive an sms (for all previous deliveries as well), but then you need to check your delivery times! If the sms reads "to be delivered before 5pm - I make an effort to keep my phone on and to be available during those times.
My phone is on silent most days due to study commitments and many spam calls which are very interruptive. Therefore, I was super annoyed at the end of the day and the calling back and forth and only receiving delivery close to 7pm....that is very inconsiderate on your part.
Just wanted to give some context as to my harsh review!
