Specifically asked the company to call me when they were going to make the delivery, yet they failed to do so.
I asked the call-centre lady to let me know when the courier was going to make a delivery, but as with my previous experience with RAM couriers, they say will do something but they don't.
I ended up not getting my parcel delivered.
