So so poor...

Very poor service. The parcels are marked as unavailable for delivery when they have not attempted to deliver. Try calling in- its impossible as 10/10 times the call gets cut. I hope online businesses are noticing. I have decided to call the supplier and cancel the order and let them know its due to their delivery partner. As a end user we don't need to accept this low level- the end consumer is what is keeping these company's alive
