SO MUCH MISCOMMUNICATION AND LIES!

According to your tracking system, my parcel has arrived in JHB, and Ram apparently called the third party for delivery yesterday afternoon. This morning I got an email from my university claiming that the number you have on your system is going to voicemail. I then immediately emailed them correct cellphone number. This afternoon, after waiting for an update, I eventually called your call centre. The agent told me that they tried calling the third party and no one picked up. She denies this COMPLETELY! I believe her, and also believe the other complaints on this board! Everyone covers their tracks and lies to the customers. One can't even collect their own parcel and I was told I should await for delivery on Monday since you don't work on the weekends. This is an emergency that can't wait an entire weekend. Next, I'm writing a lengthy a review to my university, too!
