So disgusted with the terrible service 🚮

I'm so furious with your staff member Londi from your Pinetown branch, he hang up my call without helping me as he is the manager that was called to help me. My delivery was due yesterday but I never received it, I called today and was told thr driver ran out of time, I asked why was i not the 1st one to receive my parcel today as it was due yesterday, he made an excuse with that i tried to change address of which i did that before my parcel was out for delivery yesterday and was not approve, he hang up while I was still speaking and couldn't not assist me to get it today. I'm so disappointed with your service, very terrible 😞
