So disappointing
We have received an sms say they have the parcel and its being sent to us. We phoned vodacom andbthey said they had the wrong address so they will resend it to us. Then I phone the Ram office to ask if I can fetch it myself from their office (in East London) and when they tracked the parcel now it is still in Pretoria but to vodacom it was said they had the wrong address. How do you know it's the wrong address if it is not even in East london yet!? Highly disappointed.

The point I am trying to make is that Vodacom said to us that Ram has our Parcel and that Ram had the wrong address so they couldn't send it to us but when I phoned Ram( in East london) to ask if I can fetch it from their warehouse they said that our parcel is still in Pretoria by the vodacom warehouse but We received a message saying that our parcel has been handed over to the courier company. So somewhere there has been miscommunication between us, Ram and Vodacom we have been waiting since the 11th of June, however, I do acknowledge that there has been a weekend in between but we have not received an Sms saying they tried to deliver to us.

When you inform Vodacom of this, please advise them to inform the Vodacom dispatch team to put the address on the consignment so that we can be able to collect the parcel from them. As soon as they make these amendment we should be able to collect and have your parcel delivered to you within forty-eight hours.

Just let us know as soon as they sort this out so that we can arrange to deliver your parcel at the soonest possible time.
