So disappointed , poor customer service

Disappointed is an understatement, day 8 and I still haven’t received my order. They keep sending me messages that my parcel is out for delivery but they never come or even call . All they do is send messages that the delivery is unsuccessful. What upset me is that i received 2 orders from 2 courier companies and they were faster and their communication was top notch.

Their WhatsApp support team is just a waste of time , you won’t get anywhere, immediately when they hear your query, they close the chat . Their customer support number, you will call until you are exhausted. I thought highly of Rams Courier but not anymore , what an unprofessional company, Vans South Africa should consider other courier companies
