These ones actually deserve a 0.5 star even then, it is because their phones get answered. Aside from this. They remain the worst courier company and have delivery people that can lie. They moved from saying the couldn't get me on the line and I called to enquire. The next day, They claimed to be outside to deliver, the call was missed by a minute, when I called back I was told the driver was gone he had called me at about 16:58. A CALL I NEVER RECEIVED OR MISSED BY THE WAY. Then they moved to saying they can't locate my address to please confirm your address, then to we updating your address on our system, to my address update awaiting approval etc.... it was always stories. I even instructed that they send my package back to the sender because the inefficiency and lack of urgency got to me. Never again.
