Slowest couriers on earth

<p>I ordered an iPad through FNB. I received notification one day later that the item had been shipped from the supplier to RAM Couriers and that I would receive my parcel within 3 days. It's now 5 days later and I still don't have my parcel. All they have to do is deliver a parcel from Pretoria to Midrand. I have phoned them twice, the second time, they undertook to call me back - still waiting for that call.</p>
