Slowest courier service and incapable of delivering
My parcel has been out for delivery with RAM couriers for 3 days now and still they did not even bother to contact me with a reason for not providing the promised service. Online my delivery as stated should only take 2/3 working days. It has now been 5 working days and still no trace nor any info regarding them delaying the delivery. Slowest couriers service in SA with bad communication skills. Where is my parcel? Why are you not responding with info?

08 Dec 2023, 18:32Thank you for replying and delivering finally. It will be helpful if you communicate and do not place incorrect information like you did. Everyday you posted out for delivery and end of day you stated access card needed and contact not reached which was all lies. Communication is key and can be avoided like this unnecessary measures.
