Slowest courier in town!

What an unprofessional, frustrating and slow "courier". At this stage I am incredibly bored with their lack of "service". Delivery was due to be overnight /next day and it has now become a week. No sms was received by Ram, as promised, providing the tracking number. Despite the parcel arriving in town at the crack of dawn on Friday, I receive a call on Monday to worm out of delivery until Tues. Now, it is another nonsense story, indirectly blaming me for the delay in delivery. All Ram have done to this point is dissappoint and try to weasel out of accepting responsibility for poor "service". I wonder if we have progressed past ***eon post. ...as I'm pretty sure that ***eons would move faster. It's the wierdest "courier" I've come across that can delay and postpone things as much as they do. Totally annoyed and frustrated by you. Typical SA approach....why do it today when I can do it tomorrow or the following day. By the time Ram arrive, a person has long-since lost interest. Wow....you win a Raspberry for Worst "Service" (un)delivered!!
