Slower at delivering in Cape Town than receiving a parcel from overseas

CellC decided to use this dastardly company to deliver my data sim. By tracking the parcel, I got to see that it was lying for one entire week at the Cape Town depot, waiting to be delivered to my address in Cape Town. Notwithstanding my phone number being on the parcel, they came up with a puny story that my suburb name was not on the forwarding address. I call them, added the suburb name two days ago, so now I continue waiting. Meanwhile, the data on the sim, ordered in February already continues to lose value. I seriously caution anyone from using this company. I personally made four or five calls to their customer service line, to no avail.
