Slow Hand to Slow Hand Couriers
RAM couriers have been sitting with my order for 4 days and no explanation as to why they cannot deliver. Even the agents on the telephone say they have to check with the managers as to why the package has not been sent out for delivery. They are a bunch of ***** because when Netflorist called them they said the order would be delivered the next day. And look where we are now? 4 days later and they are still sitting with the package. So frustrating.

We will lodge the complaint and hand over to management to investigate as why you received your parcel late parcel, the relevant parties that contributed to you not receiving your parcel will be dealt with accordingly.
