Slow and unresponsive

I have been expecting a parcel, on tracking it states dispatched 7:58am for delivery. Only at 3pm do i receive a call from the driver saying he will be another 20min as he is in Kabega and has to do a collection in Cotswold and then will be in sherwood.....Kabega is SHERWOOD!!! I worked for a courier company in the past, this is pathetic (not necessarily the drivers fault) but also the replies / responses i got from the depot and customer care. I have nothing to gain from this review and expect nothing either....but i lost a day of work because of the lack of communication and information from them. This is just for everyone else to see that might experience the same issue.
