Slow, ************* and helpless

Worst courier service ever, dont use them to send packages . I received a message on Monday that my parcel will be delivered on Monday before 17:00, at 17:00 i phoned them and asked about my package, the lady on the phone states they are running latr and will still be delivered today… did not receive it, then on Tuesday i got a message it will be delivered before 17:00, during the day the driver called me and aked my address because he cannot find it, i gave it to him and his response was that it was out side his delivery area and the address he has is incorrect so the package needs to go back to the depot so that they can try again on Wednesday, what a bunch of clowns… will see if I ever get my package at this rate
