Slightly disappointed
RAM is just something else honestly.. I've been waiting for my Parcel to be delivered from vodacom by RAM for the last 11 days... Ive contacted RAM and Vodacom to change my delivery address numerous times.. and Vodacom has told me they've contacted RAM and I just have to get an sms of confirmation that my delivery address has changed.. But nothing... As I continue waiting.. K***

Once they have it changed we should be able to communicate further delivery arrangements.

Each and every vodacom consultant I've called has said they have contacted you guys.. They even have my new delivery address... This is really unacceptable from you guy honestly.. I've been waiting for my Parcel for a whole week... No delivery attempt, nothing.. Vodacom called to check if RAM had contacted me yet and the only excuse is, "the sender hasn't changed it yet".. They've contacted u guys numerous times please do something about this
