Sleeping couriers
I requested for my device to be picked up on the 25th They picked it up on the 27th at around 13.30. The guy said that it will be delivered the next morning if the 28th to hauwei service center in cornubia mall. But it wasn't... It was delivered on the 2nd of April... What bull **** now because of them i have to pay the full amount of 1300 for my device to be repaired when i wanted it to reach before the 28th so i could get the promotion... ****ing sleeping these people!!!!

Kindly note that the pick up was only arranged with Ram Couriers late on the 26th hence collection happened on the 27th, the main service centre for Huawei is based in Roodepoort Johannesburg hence the parcel was logged by Huawei for us to deliver there, due to the demand of long weekend and Ram Couriers not working over the weekend and on public holidays the parcel had to be delivered only on the 2nd of April.

04 Apr 2024, 12:54****s i logged the postal order on the 25th...where you coming with 26th bull****. The guy that collected my parcel said that it would be in cornubia on the morning of the 28th...someone is clearly lying to not doing their job!!!!!
