Since when does "next day express" mean after one whole week?

Since when does "next day express" mean after one whole week?

first time using ram personally and this service I received was terrible. I paid for next day express before 5pm on Tuesday Morning and the package was received and delivered to ram hub the same day. the was the only quick service we received. its been a whole week and my client is still waiting for her package!!! like technically, if we paid next before 5pm.. its suppose to be there on Wednesday 5pm but we gave them time till Friday. We were cool with Friday but now its Monday and when i called to find out *** is going I was put on hold for more then 30 mins. Now they are saying it will arrive tomorrow or probably Wednesday which is ridiculous! because we paid for next day express, NOT NEXT ****ING WEEK! AT THIS POINT I WONT ADVISE RAM TO NO ONE AND RATHER YOUR COMPETITION BECAUSE THIS WAS MY FIRST AND MY LAST!
