Silly bad service

Been in contact with the above company since this morning when I received a notification sms. I spoke to a call center agent then to her senior making delivery arrangements of a package from cellc. The lady driver called me at 11h31 said she will be here at 12h10 I waited until 13h15 when I called RAM without success. I called the same numbers she the driver called from she kept hanging up in my ears. Its 14h40 I called cellc and asked to speak to the same agent whom I placed the order with to make arrangements because I travel due to my job nature. Can RAM order that driver here right away my arrangements with 3rd party are being spoilt. Sibonelo sekgobela
