Sies Ram and Bright insurance.

i had a accident involving a Ram courier bakkie. ( not my fault). Ram and Bright insurance doesnt want to speak to me while im losing income and my bakkie is still standing at a panelbeaters. Bright insurance sies shame on you aswell as Ram couriers sies man how can you do this. specially when thay vehicle is my only income. can someone get back to mr regarding this or should i rather go and see a lawyer as this is getting to a point where i think the court should intervene as i would like to sue for loss of income aswell at this stage
