SICKENING SERVICE

We have been struggling with this delivery for 2 days now, the delivery guy (Peter) is rude and trying by all means to be difficult, firstly, he didn't pitch on the 1st day with no explanation whatsover then had the nerve to say he called but the customer didnt answer, which is utter nonsense, secondly, nowhere on the sms's sent by RAM does it say we need to have copies of the required documents, but these were requested by Peter, we printed a back statement hid the balances, guess what he found fault with that too and refused to give us the order. His attitude is absolutely sickening to say the least and wish that we could deal with someone else. We can not be begging him for our order thats just ridiculous!
