SHUT DOWN RAM COURIERS FOR GOOD
The most pathetic experience.. the most pathetic customer non-care.. the most pathetic everything. I can't stand to believe how this company has customers/clients?? Honestly!! I've called over 40 times to get help!! And still nothing!! I'm waiting on a RAIN SIM and for some reason this job is too hard to execute! Driver calls to say he is close by.. and confirms my address.. so obviously I decide to wait outside to make it easier. A few minutes go by and I get an update on the tracking to say that he tried calling and couldn't find the place!! Honestly disgusting service all round within this company! Now I have to wait for next week? That's so pathetic.. all staff of ram needs to be fired.. not 1 person across over 40 calls could help.. PLEASE SHUT THIS BUSINESS DOWN!!

We have escalated the matter to the respective managers to arrange a convenient re-delivery of your parcel at the address to make up for the delay.

I couldn't catch up on my work so that's money lost as well. The RAM company takes people's time for a joke right? So now I'll report RAM the only way people takes anybody serious these days.
Everything is going to sent all over Facebook Twitter and Instagram.. screenshots of all your communication to me and all the calls I needed to make.. with absolutely no help as well.. and I'll make sure Graeme Lazarus gets to see your pathetic service.
