Shoddy shoddy shoddy service

The service I have received has been terrible!! I have spent R110 on airtime trying to get through to your customer service only to not get through on multiple calls. I managed by some miracle to speak to two agents who said it will be picked up but yet no one has contacted me or even arrived. I have contacted RAM through out the day to stress the urgency of the package as it is already 3 days late to collect! The driver **** about the business being closed, the business only closes at 10pm in the evening so it was a physical impossibility for him to say it was closed at 5 when he arrived! The two agents I managed to get through to assured me it has been escalated and it will100% be picked up today and still nothing! Your WhatsApp service is of zero help. The parcel date to be delivered was meant to be the 9th of April which will no longer happen which now reflects poorly on my company all because of RAMS poor service and communication. 0 communication and drivers that lie!
