Wait... What do you mean you could not get hold of the customer when said customer took leave from work and stayed home the whole day waiting for your driver!!!!

Please fix your unreliable and broken systems and stop lying on customer's names.

Waiting for your driver costed me a whole day's salary and now I have to do it again today with no guarantees of you not resorting to this ****ty behavior.
