Shocking underwhelming service from RAM and lies

We ordered a Rain sim card last Wednesday and we got a message from RAM that delivery would be done the next day and on Thursday after 5 PM someone from their office rang my phone once and dropped just as I was about to answer and clearly the intention was not to call but just to ring it and shockingly on their tracking status they logged that I was unreachable on the phone. And today again (14th of April), they sent an SMS that they were going to deliver and at 17:25pm again I received an SMS that delivery had failed and the reason was that apparently I wasn't available at home and at work. That is very pathetic because I was home the whole day and someone should remind them that we in a lockdown and RAM should come up with better excuses for failing to fulfill their promises.
