Shocking turn of events with RAM HAND TO HAND COURIER

The driver first gave me attitude on the phone and then when he arrived at my home and deliver the parcel he snatched the parcel forcefully out of my hands in front of my daughter and my domestic worker and refused to give me his details. He caused drama at the gate refusing to come back and apologize. Worst of it is I had my temporary ID with me but he didn't want to look at it or give me a chance to explain why I had a different surname due to being married twice. This is a delivery done from Ram on behalf of Vodacom whom I've been a client for now for 15 years. I will never use Ram or Vodacom again.
