SHOCKING SERVICE FROM RAM COURIERS SEEMS TO BE THE NEW TREND
Shocking service!!!! It just seems to be getting worse and worse and after wasting my time holding on the phone 4 times they just cut you off my Parcel has been sitting here in there local depot since last week Friday lunchtime, and they just apologize for the inconvenience, just not good enough!!! We are trying to run a business and I have found the service from RAM specifically has been getting increasingly worse lately. It is beyond frustrating!!!!!! You cannot even call the local depot themselves to ask what is going on.

We have escalated the matter to the branch manager and they should be able to contact at the soonest possible time for new delivery arrangements to make up for the delay.
