Shocking service from Ram
Your service has been wholly unacceptable. I have been waiting for my parcel since 8 December. Every single day I am given a different explanation, and delivery has been promised repeatedly, including today, yet it has once again been marked as “failed”. This is a Bash @Home order.
I was at home the entire day on all delivery attempts, no driver arrived and no delivery attempt was made. The information displayed on your website is therefore false and misleading.
This is a private residential address, not a business. There is no justification for repeated failed delivery attempts when no one has come to my home.
All other courier companies try get hold of the customer if they are unable to deliver or to check if someone is home, not one phone from Ram was made.
Your customer service has been completely inadequate throughout this process. Used all my airtime just to hold for over 45 minutes each time.
I have been in contact with Bash as well and they can’t even seem to get it right.
