Shocking Service

I purchased goods Via the BOBshop and the courier Company that has being used is RAM Couriers: My address is correct as well as my cell phone number on the BOBshop Website. Ram has informed me that my parcel will be delivered by Thursday 9 January 2025. Then I get another notification that the parcel will be delivered on Friday 10 January 2025. This never happened: Now my wife phoned the Head Office in Pretoria and all of a sudden the address stated is incorrect: I never got a phone call to say parcel is at my address please come to the door nothing. So who is lying to whom. This is not the 1st time Ram Couriers has being doing this and I will make sure Ram Couriers does not do deliveries for BOBShop in the Future. I have e-mailed the Company I purchased from as well as the BOBShop of the shocking Service of Ram Couriers.
