SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
On Tuesday (28/09) I was out when the courier arrived I told him I'd be back within an hour. He said he'd be back at 14:00. I waited and NO SHOW! Yesterday (29/09) I waited till 12 noon and had to go out urgently. Again on my way back home he called. I told him I'd be back by 13:00 and he said he'd deliver buy 14:00. It's now 09:30 on the 30th and still no show! I called the cuustomer care number and was told the parcel was left in the warehouse....the lady was not very worried when I told her I'm going away for 2 weeks.

30 Sept 2021, 15:06YOU CLEARLY DID NOT READ THE MESSAGE OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH! THE DRIVER SAID ON BOTH OCCASIONS HE WOULD BE BACK LATER AFTER I CONFIRMED I WOULD BE HOME. UNTIL NOW I HAVE ALWAYS RECOMMENDED RAM AS PROVIDING GOOD SERVICE BUT THAT SHIP HAS SAILED. IN FUTURE I WILL FIRST FIND OUT WHICH COURIER SERVICE A SUPPLIER IS USING AND IF IT'S RAM THEY WILL LOSE THE SALE AND I WILL TELL THEM WHY. I'M NOT SURE WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN TO MY PARCEL AS I'M LEAVING FOR A MINIMUM OF 2 WEEKS TOMORROW....IT PROBABLY DISAPPEAR IN THE SYSTEM.

30 Sept 2021, 16:35The courier has no obligation to return to an address to make a redelivery after they have attempted. For the courier to return to the address it will be highly dependent on the reduction of the workload in the progression of the day. Should the work load not be complete, the courier cannot return to your address as other parcels have to be delivered to other clients.
They should contact you for delivery to be done tomorrow, if not the parcel will be returned back to the sender.
