SHOCKING SERVICE BY RAM COURIER!!

An appauling service by RAM!!!! AI booked an overnight collection/delivery at 9H00 on the 21/02/2023 in Rustenburg for a document going to Oudtshoorn. I received a call from RAM and i indicated that i close at 16H00 for collection. Am told when i follw up that the driver attempted collection at 18H00,,, IMAGINE!!!. The *********** driver did not eve attempt to call me to find out. I am the on calling and am now not getting solution.

My document has to be in Oudtshoorn before 12H00 on the 23/02/2024
