Shocking Service

A message was sent that a parcel would be delivered on the day. No one arrived, however the driver blatantly **** and said he was here, but there was no one home and I was unreachable. Well, you can't come to my door without speaking to the guard at the gate and they have 2 numbers which they can phone to allow access. What makes it worse is that you can't speak to anyone at RAM to resolve this matter. They do not follow up and are extremely unprofessional. I understand that times are tough at the moment, but don't make a promise you can't keep and don't LIE about the delivery.
