Shocking service

Shocking service.The delivery guy showed me my parcel ;I produced my documents &drivers licence and affidavit stating ive app**** for new ID.he requested for printed ID copy i told him ill go inside the house to fetch it it was printing within 5 minutes he calls and says he will go deliver at my neighbours he'll come past i must wait for him at the gate.i waited an hour he never returned or answered my calls.when i track on the system he has reported it as non-delivery.i called Ram and complained & they promised he will turn around.he never returned. the tracking status reports says i did not have documents.I have all the documents with me the driver couldnt wait 5 minutes.I"m still shocked.The service provider i purchased from delivered my goods within 48hrs sadly RAMS couldn"t care enuf to deliver.i still don't have my parcel.
