SHOCKING SERVICE

I've been waiting for my package from Ram the whole week, and everyday they have an excuse. Apparently they can't find our farm, but we get regular deliveries from other couriers without any hassles. Their call centre phoned this morning to say they'll deliver today - I asked that they give me a call when they're on their way to make sure I'm home - I have to pick up my kids from school at 2pm. And guess what? They phoned me when they arrived at my house just after 2pm. Obviously I wasn't home and my husband couldn't sign for the package because they need my actual id. I asked the driver to wait 10-15 mins, but he couldn't. Who's at home all day waiting for a courier to deliver???
