Shocking Service

i got an email yesterday saying my parcel is out for delivery and will be delivered before 5pm. Nothing arrived. Looked on the tracker for my parcel and it said - contact not home! *******, I was home all day waiting. Spoke to 2 ladies today, and they assured me that it would be delivered before 1pm! It's not 4pm and nothing! Unacceptable - I have now spent 2 days at home waiting for a parcel. Certainly won't be recommending this company.
