Shocking service
Monday Ram arrives unannounced and calls me saying they have a delivery. I tell the driver I don't sit at home all day waiting for deliveries. He agrees on a time, 15:00 Tuesday to deliver. I make sure I am home and he doesn't pitch. I email Ram to complain Ref: ram.helpdesk #450316 and to date, I am still waiting for them to get back to me.
Shocking service!!!!
