Shocking serice

I placed an order for delivery on Friday 11th knowing they don't deliver over a weekend. Monday morning would be perfect. come Monday... no delivery... they had the address wrong don't know how as the one I supp**** and the company I ordered from were correct. they phoned to check the address on Monday but I wasn't available to take the call but NO VOICEMAIL was left to say who called or why... today I was told there are no drivers available and it will be delivered on Thursday as tomorrow is a holiday.... that is NOT ACCEPTABLE esp when lack of delivery yesterday was their fault. surely they should have followed up with more than one call????
