Shocking, non-existant Service

Worst courier service by a country mile to deal with. Failed deliveries when you wait for them all day. Takes a minimum of 10 mins for someone to answer the phone on "customer care" line, never a supervisor or manager available when you don't get any service. Just all round bad. Last time I ever used this courier and if you don't like to be disappointed or frustrated, you shouldn't either.
