Shocking - No delivery

Expecting a delivery from RAM I had a missed call on 13 December at 08:18 and returned the call at 08:28 and got through to RAM and was told that it was probably the driver and he would call me again, that never happened, even though they say they will call three times then return the package to sender, I called RAM a number of times again and then again on Friday 14 December and was told that the parcel was at RAM and would be delivered sometime. I then said that I would come and collect the package from RAM myself to save myself time and having to wait for delivery and was told that would be fine please bring my ID with me.

On arriving at RAM at about 15:15 on Friday 14 December I was told to park my vehicle in the road as I can’t park inside, which I did, the guard let me in the gate only for me to be told by another person that I can’t come inside to the office or be in the yard I must go and stand in the roadside and they will come to me, ridiculous nonsense, so I went and waited on the roadside in the sun, Man disappears inside then comes out and tells to give my ID so that they can make a copy at which point I was fuming and said I am not giving my ID to be taken away out of my sight and they can do what they want and I left without the package.

If I track the parcel on their site it arrived at the local office on the 7 December and only went out for delivery on 13 December, amazing service.

It gets even better, they then post on the tracking site that I tried to enter the HUB by force.

Utter *******, at no time did I try to enter the site by force the guard told me to park outside which I did and the guard let me walk in and when I was told I had to wait in the road I went there after complaining loudly because this is the first time I have been told by a business to go and stand in the road if I want to transact with them, in fact I told the guard to open the gate so I could go out. If they are so concerned about security they should have CCTV and can check how I tried to force my way in.

It gets even better according to their tracking site the package has been returned to sender.

Well done RAM great service to the company that sent the package.

Fortunately for me I will not miss the package as it was a data sim card I had orderd to test out fixed LTE in my area.
