Shocking lack of customer service
I have been trying to get hold of the couriers since 7 am this morning as my urgent parcel is en route to George instead of Somerset West! No one responds or answers a call. Useless ! *********** no service

05 Dec 2025, 10:30There is absolutely no excuse for the fact that a company your size does not answer their telephones!! This could have been avoided. In 24 hours not one RAM office has answered a call or Whatsapp.
