Shocking experience ! Bul**** by their driver
Shocking experience, I had an arrangement with their driver that he delivers my package today (04 march 2021) before 10:00 am as there wouldn't be anyone at home after then, but the driver didn't come through, he didn't even bother calling me, he only called me at 13:40 pm and he was very rude and hung up on me, I was bul**** by this driver and as a customer I don't think I should be treated in that manner and then I called Ram customer service but still didn't get any assistance, Terrible, terrible experience !

Apologies Vusi. The courier is unable to make the delivery before 10am as they reach that area only after that time.
The parcel is out to be delivered again today in Birch Acres. The courier should be able to contact you upon the delivery of the parcel.
