SHOCKING DISHONEST
absolutely the worst, most dishonest courier company in SA. I wish Vodacom would reconsider using this horrible 3rd party to deliver our phones. I have once again had the worst experience this time resulting in a R21k loss to me and RAM shrugs their shoulders - dishonest staff and drivers . no support or service after they picked up your order - you are lucky if your call gets answered! beware and rather dont use if it is your choice -

19 Apr 2023, 16:11Hi the tracking number is COL***3 - however that is going to show delivered to vodacom as the 1 phone on that order was delivered - the other 3 are GONE!!!! as driver took me for a ride and took all 4 my upgrades back when he had an order for 1..... I as client didnt know better
Ram Manager Mr Arendse doesnt seem to concerned to take my calls or to call me back with any sort of solution - he is actually now refusing to take my calls and Vodacom just confirmed they only received 1 phone even though 4 were together? why only deliver the one? Now his manager I left a message for and was promised a call before 3 - it is now 16.11
I need this sorted and i need to speak to someone who is willing to assist me - the call centre cannot and no one seems to care that your driver is on a video *****ing from a client? This is just shocking service from a courier company - disgusting that your management are such ***ards they wont take a call!
