24/12/2020 Ram driver gave me the worst attitude of all times, then update on the system that I had provided the incorrect address...he calls me and confirms my address, and I'm like yes that's correct and he tells me he is not supposed to deliver in my area, wow I was okay where you are is like 10 minutes away then can I come? Even though my parcel was supposed to be delivered at my house , I compromised to meet him where he was coz really just 10 mins away .. he told me he has more deliveries and someone else will come deliver the parcel to me and hung up oh my word This was the worst experience ever..@Tfgworld please consider using a different courier because this is not it
