I am actually annoyed with Ram hand to hand delivery. I made an order with a certain retail store and they assigned ram for delivery, that was on the 26 of Feb and from then I expected my parcel to be delivered on the 4th of march. On the 4th of march my parcel was not delivered because my address is incorrect, I called to find out I was told that the numbers I provided are not working I asked which numbers they mentioned numbers I don't know and the promised to resolve the matter . I am writing this with a disgusting face even today I haven't received my parcel and I call them each day and write emails . What they could do is to say we are going to escalate the matter and resolve it. If I can tell you I wasted 4 full days staying at home hoping that my parcel will arrive.
